About Richard Hall

Biography(s):

Dr. Richard F. Hall recently served as Director of Training for Exchanged Life Ministries in Aurora, Colorado, and was a member of the counseling staff and the faculty for GraceLife Advanced Training programs. He served with ELM from 1986 to 1999, and for twenty years previously was a pastor, counselor, and college instructor. He has a diploma from Prairie Bible Institute, a B.S. degree from Philadelphia College of Bible, and M.Div. degree from Denver Conservative Baptist Seminary, and M.A. degree from Eastern Baptist Seminary, and a D.Min. degree from Luther Rice Seminary.
